Live Check-in dashboard for seatmap events

Introduction

For events using a Seatmap, the Live Check-In Dashboard provides a real-time interactive view of your event. It allows you to view;

  • A summary of total tickets sold and number of unique check-ins
  • See exactly where those tickets are allocated on the seat map
  • Track unique check-ins over time

This replaces the need for printed seat maps and gives staff instant access on demand.

Summary

  • It is only available for single or recurring events with a Seat Map
  • The Live Check-In Dashboard is separate from the Ticket Scanning App
  • It can be accessed via any web browser, provided the user has a user profile on your IWannaTicket Dashboard account (Tip: consider creating a restricted user profile for staff, such as an Attendee Manager, to control access permissions appropriately)
  • We recommend using a tablet or iPad for the best experience

Help Guide

The Live Check-In Dashboard becomes visible when check-in is considered active. Check-in is active when:

  • The “Check-in starts at” time has been reached, or
  • If no check-in start time is set, 2 hours before the event start time

The dashboard will remain visible until the event end time is reached.

  1. Open your Event > Overview
  2. Click Live Dashboard (located on the top right) to open

  • Tickets sold but not yet checked in will appear on the map in grey.
  • Tickets that have been checked in will appear highlighted in blue.
  • The right-hand menu displays the total tickets sold against the number of unique check-ins, and beneath this, unique check-ins are shown over time.
