How the “Tickets Start At” Price Is Calculated?
The Tickets Start At price displayed on the Event Page is automatically calculated based on the lowest active ticket type currently available for sale.
If a free / complimentary ticket type is active and available within the sales configuration, this may cause the displayed starting price to appear lower than expected, including displaying as $0.00.


How to Hide the “Tickets Start At” Price on the Event Page?
To remove the starting price altogether, open your event, click Display in the Event Menu, then toggle Hide Starting Price to ON, click Save. This will remove all references to the “Tickets Start At” price displayed on the Event Page.


How to Exclude a Ticket Type from the calculations “Tickets Start At” Price Display.
Open your event, click Ticket Categories, then open the Ticket Type menu (⋯) next to the lowest-priced ticket you want to exclude from the “Tickets Start At” calculation (in this example, the Child Ticket priced at $0.00).
Click the Presentation tab in the Ticket menu, then toggle Ignore Starting Price to ON. Close the ticket menu using the (X) in the top-right corner of the pop-up. Click Save.
Once you refresh your Event Page, any ticket types excluded from the starting price calculation will no longer be reflected in the “Tickets Start At” display.
