What are the image sizes?

Introduction

IWannaTicket allows you to customise your event listing to reflect your organisations branding. There are many ways to do this. Images are entirely optional; however, we recommend including at least the Header Image on the Event Page.

Note: All images that can be uploaded and used have a recommended format. If the recommended format is not used, distortion or cropped images may occur.

There are some images that need to dynamically adjust to the browser window or device size, which may change the cropping of the image (example: pop-up modal/checkout header image)

Event Page

Header Image, Event Page: 1210px x 450px
LOGO, Event Page Header 360px x 140px (.png image with transparent background)
LOGO, Event Page Footer: 500px x 500px
YouTube video, Event Page: Insert the ID of the YouTube video. You can find this ID at the end of the video URL (right after the v= URL parameter).
Gallery Images, Event Page: (1920px × 1080px) or (1080px × 1080px.)
- Note: Gallery images are always displayed as square tiles on the event page (see below) but appear in full landscape view when clicked. To avoid images being cropping on the event page, we recommend uploading images in the square format (1080px × 1080px.)

Images for the pop-up modal are entirely optional. If you would like to apply branding, the recommended dimensions are listed below.

Checkout Header image (optional): 1600px x 300px
Ticket thumbnail/Product Image (optional): 500px x 500px

The checkout header image dynamically adjust to the browser window or device size, always resulting in a dynamically cropped image particularly on mobile devices. We recommend that any text or important elements be centered within the middle third of the image. Always review the image in preview mode on different device screen sizes before going live.

Above Image: Example only, cropping will vary based on the device width.

Shop

Shop cover image: 2500px x 1500px
Section cover image: 1000px x 750px *see notes below
Section Logo image: 500px x 500px (optional instead of text)

*Section cover image notes: The first three sections appear in the landscape banner, while any subsequent sections are displayed as rectangular tiles underneath, which will result in cropping. You may optionally upload these images in square format (1000px × 1000px). Always review images in preview mode before going live.

Products

Image tiles (optional) can be uploaded for product items, such as Donations or Vouchers.

Product Stream checkout banner: 1600px x 300px
Product tile image: 500px x 500px

Ticket Design

By default, our ticket designer automatically uses the event image banner for display on the ticket. Optionally, you can upload different images to use within the standard ticket template or create your own ticket design (contact your account manager if required)

Ticket Background image: 1656px x 768px
Ticket Footer image: 1820px x 400px
