How can I cross sell other events to the customer before checkout?

Introduction

Using our Cross Sell tool, you can curate selected events within your account to be displayed during the purchase process. The pop-up appears after ticket selection for the initial purchase has been made, but before the Submit Details step.

The Cross Sell Tool is configured at the Event level and allows you to select which events you would like to promote. These selections can be adjusted at any time during the onsale period and may be beneficial in assisting with exposure and driving additional ticket sales across your events.

Summary

To enable Cross Sell, Multi-Event Checkout must also be enabled. Please refer to the related article for further details before proceeding.

Help Guide

  1. Click Events from the Account Menu and select/open your desired event
  2. Click Sales from the Event Menu (within the Settings heading), then stay in the General tab
  3. Scroll down to Cross sells
  4. Click Add Event
  5. Select the Individual Events or Recurrences you wish to promote
  6. You can continue adding additional events, however we generally recommend selecting up to 3 events for the best customer experience.
  7. Click Save

It is recommended to review the customer experience using either View in Browser or More Actions → View Checkout (for events that have not yet gone on sale) to ensure you are happy with the customer journey.
