How can I adjust the Checkout Reservation time limit?

Introduction

By default, tickets are reserved in the checkout (cart) for 15 minutes. These checkout settings are configured at an account level.

Summary

Checkout Reservation time options are available in 5-minute increments, starting from 5 minutes up to a maximum of 45 minutes, which determines how long a ticket buyer has to complete their order once checkout has started.

To review or adjust the checkout reservation time on the Shop (Account) Level

  1. Click Settings module via the Account Menu
  2. Click Shop via the Event Menu (under the Sales heading)
  3. Select the Checkout Tab
  4. Use the dropdown menu to select the preferred checkout reservation time increment.
  5. Click Save
