Ticket buyer support - How can I rebook my tickets to another date/time or ticket type?
Introduction
Did you know you may be able to make changes to your tickets in real time, 24/7, without needing to contact the event organiser? If self-service rebooking is enabled, the process is quick, simple, and convenient.
To check if this feature is available, you might find information about this on the organiser’s website or social channels (under FAQs or Ticketing Information), or simply check your Confirmation Page.
Our help guide below will walk you through the process step by step.
Summary
This guide helps customers rebook tickets to a different event or ticket type, based on the settings defined by the event organiser. These settings may include restrictions on specific ticket types, whether tickets can be rebooked within the same event or across different events, and any deadlines or cut-off times for rebooking. This may also include booking fees associated with the new order and/or a fixed ticket or cart rebooking fee. Note: There are no refunds or credits for tickets rebooked with a lower value than the original price.
Help Guide

The value of the original tickets selected is credited to your cart as a voucher. Note: you must add the minimum required number of rebooking tickets to proceed. A notification will appear if this requirement has not been met.

Important: Once you have completed your rebooking, the original order confirmation page will now display the rebooked tickets as INVALID TICKET. These remain for record purposes only and can no longer be used or scanned. Any tickets from the original order that were not re-booked remain valid and available for use here.
To access and use your newly rebooked tickets, please refer to your new order confirmation.
