How customers complete data & personalisation after checkout

Introduction

This help article may assist customers (ticket buyers) in completing optional or required personalisation and ticket details. It also provides sellers (event organisers) with guidance on how these details are completed.

Summary

By default, the personalisation process occurs after the initial checkout, allowing the ticket purchaser to enter the names and/or any required checkout fields at their convenience without any interruptions during the booking process.

Note: If you have set personalisation as mandatory, tickets cannot be downloaded, stored, or printed until this step has been completed. Consequently, the barcode will not be visible without completing the personalisation process. This ticket status will be visualised in the backend as Detailsrequired.
