Order Confirmations: Settings & Customisation

Introduction

After completing a transaction, the ticket purchaser is taken to the order confirmation page. Here, the most important information about the event is displayed again, the ticket purchaser support is linked and all purchased tickets are displayed.

Summary

The order confirmation page is automatically generated after every successful purchase. It gives buyers a clear summary of their order and provides access to their tickets and support. Individual components of this page can be customised through the event settings to better suit your event and brand.

On the order confirmation page, individual components can be changed via the event settings.

  1. Via the account menu, click Events and select your event.
  2. Via the event menu, click Custom
  3. Below are a list of components which can be customised

Additional Text

If you want to add additional information for the ticket buyer, you can add text to the order confirmation page. You can find this setting in the Custom tab and Order Process.

Important: If Multi-Cart Checkout is enabled on your account, this text will not be sent. To check this setting go to the account menu, click Settings, in the settings menu click Shop, click the Checkout tab.

Do Not Show Tickets

You can disable the display of tickets for the order confirmation page. Independently of this, there is also the option to disable sending the ticket email. You can find this setting in the Custom tab and Order Process.

Support Text

The text for the link to the support will be set automatically.

Custom Order Confirmation Page

If you want to use a completely custom order confirmation page, you can link directly to it after completing a transaction. You can set the URL for this page in the Custom tab and Order Process.
